Do you have a PowerBuilder application and need to distribute reports to people who don't have access to the application? Save the reports in the .psr format and use PSRViewer. PSRViewer has a few features which set it apart from the crowd. These features are:
Email Report Screenshot
Use this tool to compose and send an email and have the current report automatically attached. The 'To' and 'CC' fields will autocomplete from your address book and allow multiple addresses separated by semi-colons. You also have the choice of sending the report in PSR or HTML format.
Group Breakup Screenshot
Use this tool to break a report into multiple files. It takes the main grouping level and creates separate files for each data value. If you had a report grouped by division, you could break it up and send each section to the division manager.
Save As...
There are three Save As options. The first is the standard one that saves to formats supported by the SaveAs function. Second is the Save as Text option. This creates a text file that somewhat approximates the look of the report. The third option is Save as HTML. An HTML file of periodic reports could be saved to a website/intranet or included as a sample in a HTML help file.
