- The Replace toolbar option now is enabled but shows warning if not a valid choice.

- Stored Procedure Search against MS-SQL databases didn't display source.
- Sometimes the wrong application came up by default in PB8 mode.
- In PB8 mode the Choose Application window wasn't listing all targets.
- Blank pages were being printed for some of the reports.
