About TopWiz - TopWiz Software is the name I use for any work I do in my spare time. My real name is Roland Smith. There is a www.rolandsmith.com website but that's not me. He is a nature writer in Oregon. I am a PowerBuilder programmer in Vermont. I work for Central Vermont Public Service the largest electric utility in the state. I have been using PowerBuilder since version 2. Prior to that I had been an IDMS Mainframe programmer since 1983. The name TopWiz originates from 1993 when I first signed up for AOL and chose it for my screen name. I left AOL after 3 years but kept TopWiz as my userid at each ISP I used.
