The Database Profile window is designed after the one in PowerBuilder and works very similar. PBSearch maintains is own profile list in the registry, separate from PowerBuilder. The Database Profile window can be opened from Stored Procedure Search by clicking the toolbar icon or from the Actions menu.
The actions you can take are:
Create a new profile by selecting the database vendor/type and clicking New.
Edit an existing profile by selecting one and clicking Edit.
Remove an existing profile by selecting one and clicking Delete.
Connect to a database by selecting one and clicking Connect.
The New and Edit buttons bring up the Database Profile Edit window.
The supported database types are:
Microsoft SQL Server
Oracle
Sybase ASE
Sybase ASA/SQL Anywhere
